Singham Again: ‘Chulbul Pandey’ Salman Khan to NOT feature in the Ajay Devgn starrer due to THIS reason

Fans eager to see a crossover of Bajirao Singham and Chulbul Pandey in Singham Again are likely to be disappointed. Fate has changed the plans for what would have been one of the biggest moments of 2024. Salman Khan was scheduled to film his cameo for Singham Again on Monday, but the shoot was cancelled due to the unfortunate passing of Baba Siddiqui.

Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty were recently spotted at a multiplex screening of Singham. They engaged with fans and promoted Singham Again. The one-day shoot was slated to take place at Golden Tobacco in Mumbai. However, in light of Baba Siddiqui’s sudden demise, the team decided it would be inappropriate to proceed. Sources indicate that Rohit and Ajay felt it would be disrespectful to ask Salman Khan to film in Singham Again amid such a sensitive situation.

The duo raced to submit their film to the censors, they ultimately decided to move forward without Salman’s appearance. There is a possibility of including a backshot of Chulbul Pandey in the post-credit scene of Singham Again. But it remains uncertain whether this concept will make it into the final cut. According to reports, shooting with Salman Khan just days after Baba Siddiqui’s passing was deemed insensitive. This led Rohit to prioritize respecting Salman’s privacy while finalizing the film for censors by October 18.

Salman Khan had agreed to make a cameo in Singham Again out of his admiration for Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty. This unexpected turn of events has significantly altered production plans. Whether fans will get to see a glimpse of Chulbul Pandey’s back in the film remains to be revealed when it hits theatres this Diwali.
